NES (work) sent Landon and I to a technical conference in Henderson, Nevada, which is just outside of Las Vegas. We made it out the second night to see the strip. We also went again when Landon's wife made it up. After the end of the conference we went to the Grand Canyon, and on the way there we crossed over the Hoover Dam. The Dam was the most intriguing part to me. The Grand Canyon was absolutely incredible. The pictures I've seen all my life are but a small representation of what it is really like in person. I wish I could go back some day and spend a month or so hiking the trails.
